About the approval of the Procedure for carrying out and payment for work connected with issue of permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air by stationary sources, accounting of the companies, organizations, organizations and citizens of entrepreneurs who got such permissions

According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of atmospheric air" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out and payment for work, the permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air by stationary sources connected with issue, accounting of the companies, organizations, organizations and citizens - entrepreneurs who got such permissions it (is applied).

2. To the ministry of protection of the surrounding environment:

in coordination with the Ministry of Health during 2002 to develop and approve the Instruction about general requirements to document creation in which amounts of emissions are proved, for receipt of permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air by stationary sources for the companies, organizations, the organizations and citizens - entrepreneurs;

in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and European Integration to determine till July 1, 2002 the cost of the works connected with development of documents in which amounts of emissions, for receipt of permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air by stationary sources are proved;

approve:

in three-months time - the work plan on issue to the companies, organizations, organizations and citizens - entrepreneurs of permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air by stationary sources;

in two-month time - accounting treatment for the companies, organizations, organizations and citizens - entrepreneurs who got permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air by stationary sources.
