About awards to the best teachers for achievements in pedagogical activities

For the purpose of stimulation of teachers to enhancement of teaching and educational activities, development of their creative and professional potential I decide:

1. Found 1250 awards to the best teachers for achievements in pedagogical activities (further - awards) in the amount of 200 thousand rubles everyone.

The awards founded by this Decree are awarded for 2019 and the next years.

2. Determine that:

a) awards are sentenced annually to the Teachers' Day by results of the competition held among teachers of the educational organizations realizing educational programs of the primary general, main general and secondary general education (further - tender);

b) teachers whose years of service of pedagogical activities constitute at least three years have the right to participation in tender.

3. To the government of the Russian Federation to approve in a month:

a) rules of carrying out tender and condition of participation in it;

b) rules of award of awards and procedure for their payment.

4. Payment of awards is performed within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget.

5. Recognize invalid:
