1. Pay annually, since 2010, 1 thousand cash encouragement in the amount of 200 thousand rubles everyone to the best teachers for the high achievements in pedagogical activities which gained public recognition.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on cash encouragement of the best teachers.

3. Recognize invalid:

The presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 6, 2006 N 324 "About cash encouragement of the best teachers" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 15, the Art. 1582);

The presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 30, 2008 N 118 "About modification of the Regulations on cash encouragement of the best teachers approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 6, 2006 N 324" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 5, the Art. 366).

4. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2010.

Payment of cash encouragement is performed by results of tender.
