For the purpose of determination of single approach to assessment of emergency situations, according to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Civil protection", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
2. Recognize to invalid:
- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Classification of emergency situations and criteria of their assessment in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 17, 2011 No. 733;
- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments and changes into the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Classification of emergency situations and criteria of their assessment in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 17, 2011 No. 733" of December 25, 2012 No. 850.
3. This Resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
