About approval of the Procedure for establishment of specific mode of protection in the territory of the prohibited area and the controlled area of hydroelectrotechnical constructions
According to article 19-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" and for the purpose of reliable protection of hydroelectrotechnical constructions against diversionary, terrorist and other criminal encroachments the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for establishment of specific mode of protection in the territory of the prohibited area and the controlled area of hydroelectrotechnical constructions it (is applied).
2. To Department of Energy in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Security service, the Ministry of transport, the Ministry of agrarian policy, Public service on emergency situations, the State committee on water economy and regional public administrations to provide establishment of specific mode of protection in the territory of the prohibited area and the controlled area of hydroelectrotechnical constructions.
