Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of forming and maintaining the unified register of checks approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 28, 2015 No. 415 "About Rules of forming and maintaining the unified register of checks" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 19, Art. 2825; 2016, No. 51, Art. 7406).

2. c) about scheduled and unscheduled inspections of activities of the local government bodies and officials of local self-government who are carried out according to article 77 of the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-government in the Russian Federation" about their results and about the taken measures for suppression and (or) elimination of effects of the revealed violations;

d) about the scheduled and unscheduled inspections which are carried out by antimonopoly authority according to article 25.1 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Competition" concerning federal executive bodies, performing functions of other federal executive bodies, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies of bodies or organizations, and also state non-budgetary funds, the physical persons which do not have the status of the individual entrepreneur about their results and about the taken measures for suppression and (or) elimination of effects of the revealed violations;

e) about the scheduled and unscheduled inspections which are carried out by antimonopoly authority according to article 25.1 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Competition" concerning public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, commercial and non-profit organizations, individual entrepreneurs about their results and about the taken measures for suppression and (or) elimination of effects of the revealed violations. The specified information is entered in the unified register of checks concerning commercial and non-profit organizations, individual entrepreneurs according to the subitem "an" of this Item, concerning public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation - according to the subitem "b" of this Item, concerning local government bodies - according to the subitem "v" of this Item;

e) about the test purchase which is carried out according to article 16.1 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs when Implementing the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control" and results of its carrying out.".
