Inefficient and excessive control functions of customs authorities lead to violations of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship.

Insufficient use of resources for material stimulation of customs officers has an adverse effect on prevention of manifestations of the facts of corruption and system effectiveness in general.
