About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of the decision on registration of geodetic and cartographic works

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About allowing procedures in the field of business activity", and also for the purpose of creation to the legal entities who are engaged in geodetic and cartographic activities, favorable conditions by establishment of transparent mechanisms of implementation of the allowing Cabinet of Ministers procedures decides:

1. Determine that issue of the decision on registration of geodetic and cartographic works Inspection of the state geodetic supervision under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources performs, geodesies, to cartography and the state inventory.

2. Approve and enact since March 1, 2019 Regulations on procedure for issue of the decision on registration of geodetic and cartographic works according to appendix No. 1.

3. Make changes and addition to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

4. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesy, cartography and state inventory in a month:

bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by it into accord with this resolution;

provide the organization and holding actions for extended coverage of the purposes, content and the practical importance of this resolution among subjects of entrepreneurship.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesy, cartography and the state inventory A. H. Abdullaev.
