About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of multi-profile farms
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About farm" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 9, 2017 the No. UP-5199 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of Protection of the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Farmer, Dehkan Farms and Owners of Garden Plots, Effective Use of Acreage of Agricultural Industry" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of multi-profile farms according to appendix.
2. Determine that the farm acquires the status of multi-profile farm from the date of its inclusion in the Register of multi-profile farms.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural and food products of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the acting chairman of the board of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots of Uzbekistan A. A. Haitov.

1. This Provision determines procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of multi-profile farms.
2. In this Provision the following concepts are used:
multi-profile farm - farm which along with production of agricultural products is engaged in conversion, storage and realization of agricultural products, industrial production, performance of works, rendering services and other types of activity which are not prohibited by the legislation;
