In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 16, 2017 the No. UP-5241 "About Measures for Cardinal Enhancement of Payment Discipline in the field of Rendering Services of Water Supply and Water Disposal" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 10, 2017 No. 484 "About approval of regulations on order of interaction of Bureau of forced execution under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan with suppliers of electrical energy and natural gas and about procedure for disconnection of consumers from power and gas networks" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 7, the Art. 141) according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the minister of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. H. Saliyev.
