Procedure for provision, preserving and issue of copies of disks for laser systems of reading

1. Concept which are used in this Procedure have the following value:

batch of disks for laser systems of reading with record of information on them - any quantity of disks for laser systems of reading with record of information on them (further - disks) which are made from one matrix and are followed by one shipping document;

depositary of copies of disks (further - depositary) - storage for ensuring storage of copies of disks;

the register of copies of disks (further - the register) - data set about disks, their producers (importers), and also persons who belong non-property, property rights on the corresponding objects of copyright and/or the adjacent rights, located on these disks.

2. Account of copies of disks is kept by Ministry of Economics in the way:

forming and servicing of depositary;

creation and maintaining the register which is component of depositary;

storages in depositary of the received copies of disks for 3 years;

accounting of issue from depositary and return of copies of disks to it;

accomplishment of other functions connected with processing, accumulating and issue of information concerning disks which remain in depositary.

3. The producer of disks shall report to depositary to the 10th day of every month from each lot of disks produced for the accounting period:

two copies of disks on a grant basis;
