1. Approve the enclosed criteria of reference of the production facilities used by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, making negative impact on the environment to certain category of risk for regional state ecological supervision.

2. Determine that when implementing regional state ecological supervision scheduled inspections of legal entities, the individual entrepreneurs using the production facilities making negative impact on the environment and referred to certain category of risk according to criteria of reference of the production facilities used by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, making negative impact on the environment, to certain category of risk for regional state ecological supervision, approved by this resolution:

for category of high risk are carried out once in 2 years;

for category of significant risk are carried out once in 3 years;

for category of average risk are carried out not more often than once in 4 years;

for category of moderate risk are carried out not more often than once in 5 years;

for category of low risk are not carried out.
