About approval of the Regulations on the size and payment procedure of material remuneration to the translator and the signer for participation in enforcement proceeding

According to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" and article 31 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of legal executives and about enforcement proceeding" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the size and payment procedure of material remuneration to the translator and the signer for participation in enforcement proceeding according to appendix.

2. This Resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Regulations on the size and payment procedure of material remuneration to the translator and the signer for participation in enforcement proceeding

1. This Provision establishes the amount of material remuneration to the translator and the signer (further - the translator) for participation in enforcement proceeding and determines procedure for its payment.

2. For participation in enforcement proceeding translators have the right to material remuneration for the performed work.

Remuneration is paid in cash in the following sizes:

- 6 percent from subsistence minimum of the respective quarter of the current year - in the working days;

- 10 percent from subsistence minimum of the respective quarter of the current year - in festive and the days off.

The subsistence minimum is estimated in authorized state body of statistics quarterly.
