About approval of the Payment procedure of material remuneration to the members of the Disciplinary commission under Judicial council of the Kyrgyz Republic who are not holding the state positions
For the purpose of realization of part 3 of article 27 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Disciplinary commission under Judicial council of the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Payment procedure of material remuneration to the members of the Disciplinary commission under Judicial council of the Kyrgyz Republic who are not holding the state positions according to appendix.
2. Determine that payment of material remuneration to the members of the Disciplinary commission under Judicial council of the Kyrgyz Republic who are not holding the state positions is made from the date of forming at least two thirds of structure of the Disciplinary commission under Judicial council of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This Resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
