About approval of Regulations of interdepartmental interaction of participants of the Safe City component of the Smart City project
For the purpose of realization of the Safe City component of the Smart City project, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations of interdepartmental interaction of participants of the Safe City component of the Smart City project according to appendix.
2. To project participants in the activities to be guided by provisions of the Regulations specified in Item 1 of this Resolution.
3. To the ministries, the state committees and administrative departments to bring the acts into accord with this Resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations and department of construction, transport and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
