1. Approve the Procedure for liquidation of the unprofitable coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies of the Ministry of the coal industry it (is applied).
2. Approve the list of the unprofitable coal-mining companies of the Department of Energy which are liquidated it (is applied).
Provide to Department of Energy implementation of actions for liquidation of the specified companies according to the Procedure approved by this resolution.
