1. This document determines structure and format of the preliminary information about the goods assumed to import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by water transport (further – the preliminary information about the goods imported by water transport).

2. The preliminary information about the goods imported by water transport presented in the form of the electronic document is signed by the digital signature (digital signature) according to the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union to which customs authority it is represented.

3. The concepts used hereunder are applied in the values defined by the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
