Regulations on features of regulation of the relations in the field of power industry in the attached territories of the Western and Central districts of electric utility system of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to Power pool system of Russia;

2. And System Operator of the Unified Energy System of Russia to provide to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation together with Market Council on ensuring functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy (capacity):

holding actions for assignment of the status of the subject of the wholesale market, the participant of the address of electrical energy and (or) capacity in the wholesale market to the suppliers and buyers of electrical energy (including the guaranteeing suppliers - Yakutskenergo public joint stock company and Vilyuysk GES-3 joint-stock company) functioning in the territories of the Western and Central districts of electric utility system of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) taking into account inclusion of the specified areas in structure of the territories which are united in not price zone of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity of the Far East since January 1, 2019;
