For the purpose of further simplification of process of licensing of activities for implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Regulations on licensing of activities for implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport according to appendix No. 1;
the amount of the state taxes for issue of licenses for the right of implementation of activities for city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the Uzbek agency of road transport, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of development of information and communication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments to implement since April 1, 2019 in process of licensing of activities for implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport system of execution of licenses and licensed cards in electronic form with use of information and communication technologies.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 14, 2006 No. 138 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of activities for implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 7, the Art. 51).
