Make changes and additions to the Regulations on the certificate of the lawyer and procedure for maintaining the state registers of lawyers approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 31, 2009 No. 85-mkh (рег. No. 1933 of March 31, 2009) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 14, the Art. 169), according to appendix.
2. To management of legal examination of government legal decisions and departmental regulations to make state registration of this order and to enter the corresponding record in the State register of departmental regulatory legal acts.
3. To management of state regulation of legal servicing and Management of the analysis and systematization of the legislation to provide publication of this departmental regulatory legal act to "Uzbekistan to Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of tuplama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the National database of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
