About measures for phased transition on obligatory year training of children for primary education

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of preschool education, forming of healthy, active, full-fledged, socially adapted identity of the child, and also premises to further successful educational performance and high-quality training of children for primary education the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of preschool education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of the Fergana region and city of Tashkent on realization from 2018-2019 academic years of pilot project on implementation of obligatory free year training of children for primary education in areas (cities) of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Fergana region and the city of Tashkent according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine the main objectives of the Ministry of preschool education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in realization of pilot project by implementation of obligatory year training of children for primary education (further - pilot project):

forming of groups of obligatory free year training of children from among the children who are not covered by preschool education (further - groups of training of children);

implementation in teaching and educational process of groups of training of children of modern innovative pedagogical technologies, effective forms and training methods and education;

providing groups of training of children with the educational and methodical, didactic materials, the developing games and toys, the fiction reflecting national cultural historical values and cultivating interest in reading books since the childhood;

creation of conditions for all-round intellectual, moral, esthetic and physical development of the children who are not covered by preschool education according to the state requirements, taking into account the best foreign practices;
