About state examination on energy saving

According to the Law of Ukraine "About energy saving" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on state examination on energy saving it (is applied).

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and to the Sevastopol city public administrations to provide fulfillment of requirements of the Regulations on state examination on energy saving.

3. To the state committee of construction, architecture and housing policies in coordination with the State committee on energy saving for 1998 to bring into accord with the Law of Ukraine "About energy saving" organizational and methodical standards of Ukraine in industry of construction and the industry of construction materials, having provided introduction in regulating documents of Sections on energy saving which are subject to state examination from energy saving.

4. To the state committee on energy saving in three-months time in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics to develop the instruction about procedure for transfer of documentation and implementation of state examination from energy saving.

5. Ceased to be valid

Regulations on state examination on energy saving
