About improvement of material logistics and stimulation of staff of the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of improvement of material and technical resources and creation of the conditions necessary for effective work of staff of the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety in case of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on improvement of material logistics and stimulation of staff of the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- provide financing of the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the amount of 25 percent from the amount of the penalties which are subject to transfer in the republican budget, collected for making of administrative offenses in the field of supervision and the control of ecological and technical safety provided by the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (further - administrative penalties);

- record cash receipts, collected in payment for administrative penalties, and also to monthly carry out reconciliation of settlement with the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- in accordance with the established procedure to make corresponding changes to the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding year.
