About the approval of categories of objects of the state pattern of ownership and spheres of state regulation which are subject to protection of protection by police agencies on a contract basis

According to article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve categories of objects of the state pattern of ownership and the spheres of state regulation which are subject to protection of protection by police agencies on a contract basis which are applied.

2. Determine that:

in case of compliance to the categories approved by this resolution, such objects are protected by police agencies of protection on a contract basis;

protection of budgetary institutions (organizations) is performed by police agencies of protection on a contract basis within the assignments provided in the government budget on content of such organizations (organizations);

the list of objects of critical infrastructure which protection is performed by police agencies of protection on a contract basis is created according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, taking into account information containing in the Register of objects of critical infrastructure on condition of ensuring direct access to such information of official (office) faces of subjects of national system of protection of critical infrastructure;

during action of legal regime of warlike situation, and also within 12 months from the date of its termination or cancellation police agencies of protection perform protection of objects which are included in the Register of objects of critical infrastructure and acquired the right status of object of critical infrastructure, based on the agreements on provision of security services signed with operators of critical infrastructure.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

approve the Procedure for ensuring protection of objects by police agencies of protection on a contract basis;
