About some questions of application of customs procedures

According to Item 5 of Article 155, item 4 of Article 163, Item 3 of Article 168, Item 5 of Article 176, Item 2 of Article 221, Item 3 of Article 236, and also the paragraph the second Item 8 of Article 243 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve enclosed:

the inventory to which customs procedure of customs warehouse is not applied;

the inventory to which customs procedure of conversion on customs area is not applied;

the inventory to which customs procedure of outward processing is not applied;

the list of types of goods for which effective period of customs procedure of temporary import (admission) is shorter, than 2 years;

the list of the types of goods which are earlier exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union to which customs procedure of export, with indication of terms of the room of such goods under customs procedure of reimport was applied;

the inventory to which customs procedure of duty-free trade is not applied.
