About additional measures for strengthening of social support of pensioners and increase in system effectiveness of provision of pensions of citizens
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for further social support of pensioners, full involvement of their potential, experience and knowledge in realization of large-scale reforms in social and economic and social and political life of the country, increase in system effectiveness of provision of pensions, and also implementation of the international principles and standards in this sphere:
1. Determine that, since January 1, 2019, pensions to all working pensioners are paid in complete size.
2. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economics and Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan on increase since January 1, 2019 of the maximum size of the earnings accepted for pension calculation from calculation of pension, eightfold to the tenfold size of basic size.
3. Under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan since January 1, 2019 to provide to the Ministry of Finance and the off-budget Pension fund recalculation of paid pensions taking into account increase in the maximum size of the earnings accepted for pension calculation.
4. Specify the personal responsibility of the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zh. A. Kuchkarov for ensuring timely pension payment to all to the working pensioners in complete size.
5. To make the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree at the expense of means of the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
7. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
