About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of application of the mode of stabilization
For the purpose of creation of conditions for application of the mode of stabilization, according to article 2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investments in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure and conditions of application of the mode of stabilization according to appendix.
2. Authorize National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on the conclusion on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of agreements on the stabilization mode.
3. This Resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

1. This Provision regulates procedure and conditions of application of the mode of stabilization - favorable legal regime for the investor and/or the invested company in case of modification of the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating questions of tax and non-tax payments, the stipulated in Article 2 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investments in the Kyrgyz Republic".
