1. The state register of potentially dangerous objects (further the Register) - is the automated directory system of accounting and information processing of rather potentially dangerous objects.
2. The register is created for the purpose of the state accounting of potentially dangerous objects (further - dangerous objects) and information support of processes of preparation of management decisions and accomplishment of obligations of Ukraine according to international treaties concerning prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations, including the cross-border nature connected with functioning of dangerous objects.
3. Information of the Register is property of the state.
4. The register is component of Ministerial information and analytical system concerning emergency situations.
