About measures for creation of additional small industrial zones in the Fergana region

For the purpose of further support of development of private entrepreneurship, forming of favorable conditions for active investment attraction, providing measures for development of new competitive productions and small enterprises, increase in their concentration in the separate territories with the brought engineering and communication and production infrastructure, creations on this basis of new workplaces in the production sphere, employment increases and welfares of the population the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Take into consideration that within consecutive implementation of measures for support of private entrepreneurship in the Fergana region based on the idle floor spaces four small industrial zones are created.

2. Agree with the offer of khokimiyat of the Fergana region, the Ministry of Economics, State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition on creation of small industrial zones (further - MPZ) in the city of Fergana, and also in Furkatsky, Kuvinsky, Uzbekistan, Altyaryksky, Yazyavansky and Kushtepinsky districts of the Fergana region based on the idle floor spaces and the parcels of land according to appendix.

3. Determine that:

the real state-owned property which is in the territory of MPZ is provided to subjects of entrepreneurship in long-term lease for a period of 10 years with the subsequent provision of the property right on condition of accomplishment of business plans, creation and jobs preservation, timely payment of all taxes and other obligatory payments;

for use of the real state-owned property which is in the territory of MPZ during its lease minimum rates of the rent, proceeding from the type of activity performed on leased area without application of the raising coefficients are established;
