1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 13, 2015 No. 1707 "About procedure for accomplishment by stock market participants of decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2015 for No. 1325/27770 (with changes), such changes:

The subitem 1 of Item 2 to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content:

"no later than five working days from the date of modification of system of depositary accounting concerning condition of accounts in securities, the information on which was provided to the National commission on securities and the stock market according to paragraph one of this subitem, to provide to the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning owners of such accounts information on the entered changes into the system of depositary accounting (except information on the made changes connected with the end of action of the applied sanctions against such owners);";
