the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2010 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity on provision of educational services in system of the higher education is estimated and is determined No. 238 frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) of educational institutions by the State inspectorate" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 16, the Art. 757);
