"About approval of Rules of marginal determination of prices of wholesale of commodity gas in the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan and marginal prices of the liquefied oil gas realized within the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of electronic trading platforms";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed Rules of marginal determination of prices of wholesale of commodity gas in the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan and marginal prices of the liquefied oil gas realized within the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of electronic trading platforms.";
The rules of marginal determination of prices of wholesale of the commodity and liquefied oil gas in the domestic market approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to development department of the gas industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
