1. in the Instruction for carrying out budget monitoring approved by the specified order:

"11-1. for accounting year - no later than January 18th of the year following accounting financial year in form 2-TsTSO, according to appendix 15-1 to this Instruction;";

1) of Item 39 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) the report on results of monitoring of realization of target current transfers, target transfers on development and the credits allocated from the regional budget and realized at the expense of transfers (credits) from the republican budget:

for month under report - no later than the 7th following for reporting;

for accounting year - no later than January 20th of the year following accounting financial year in form 2-TsTRN according to appendix 16 to this Instruction;";

1) of Item 40 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) the report on results of monitoring of realization of target current transfers, target transfers on development and the credits allocated from the republican budget:

for month under report - no later than the 10th following for reporting;

for accounting year - no later than January 25th of the year following accounting financial year in form 2-TsTO according to appendix 18 to this Instruction;";

the twelfth and thirteenth to state paragraphs to part two of Item 42 in the following edition:

"11) in column 13 the amount of the expected execution of funding plan for year since results of 7 months and until the end of financial year is specified;

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
