According to article 84 of the Code of trade navigation of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the harbor fees it (is applied).
2. Determine that the sizes of the harbor fees provided by the Provision approved according to Item 1 of this resolution are limiting.
2-1. Determine that the accounting treatment and uses of means from the harbor fees, except administrative collection, affirms the Ministry of infrastructure in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2001.
