3. Take measures of disciplinary responsibility concerning the heads of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic who allowed:

1) misstatement of statistical information on the size of public debt on one million 636,8 (six hundred thirty six million eight hundred thousand) of som;

2) untimely registration of debt obligations in the Accounting book:

- on the credit of the German development bank for one million 66,8 (sixty six million eight hundred thousand) of DM and 97,5 of one million (ninety seven million five hundred thousand) of euro;

- on the credit of Islamic development bank for one million 19,25 (nineteen million two hundred fifty thousand) of US dollars and 17,9 of one million (seventeen million nine hundred thousand) Islamic dinar;
