About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 12, 2015 No. 53

According to Item 2 of article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 11 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, taking into account paragraph one of Item 50 of the Procedure for development, acceptance, change and cancellation of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of June 20, 2012 No. 48, and also in pursuance of item 4 of the order of Eurasian intergovernmental council of November 27, 2018 solved the No. 16 Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission:

1. In the paragraph the second the subitem "an" and in paragraph three of the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 12, 2015 No. 53 "About transitional provisions of the technical regulation of the Customs union "The technical regulation on tobacco products" (TR CU 035/2014)":

to exclude the words "the entries into force of the technical regulation issued or accepted about one day" in the corresponding case;

shall be replaced with words the words "January 15, 2019." "on January 1, 2024".

2. To the government of the Republic of Armenia from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force to provide implementation by authorized bodies of control (supervision) of the released products according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship arising since January 15, 2019
