1. Determine that:

a) documents on assessment of conformity to the mandatory requirements established by the acts of the Eurasian economic commission entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union), or the legislation of state member of the Union, issued or accepted concerning products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Customs union "The technical regulation on tobacco products" (about day of entry into force of the technical regulation, are valid TR CU 035/2014) (further respectively - state member, products, the technical regulation) before the termination of term of their action, but no later than November 15, 2017;

Documents on assessment of conformity of products to the mandatory requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia are valid for products released in the territory of the Republic Armeniyado of the termination of term of their action, but no later than January 1, 2024.
