4. Determine that before adoption of the international treaty, the stipulated in Item 3 presents of the Decision, production, import and the address of not smoking tobacco products in the territories of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space is performed according to the legislation of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space.
5. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
