About settlement of some questions of activities of members of Public council of the international experts for the period of execution of the powers by them

According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Supreme anti-corruption court" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Remuneration payment procedure to members of Public council of the international experts for the period of accomplishment of the powers by them;

Procedure for compensation of relocation costs and residence in Ukraine to members of Public council of the international experts for the period of their participation in procedures of candidate screen to positions of judges of the Supreme anti-corruption court.

2. The paragraph the fifth Item 32 of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of encumbrances of the personal estate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 5, 2004 No. 830 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 27, Art. 1770; 2017, No. 47, the Art. 1469), and paragraphs the sixth and ninth item 4 of the Procedure for the access to the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2015 No. 1127 "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, Art. 108; 2018, No. 52, the Art. 1827), after the words "public council of respectability" to add with words ", the member of Public council of the international experts".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since November 6, 2018.
