About measures for enhancement of procedure for fixing of the territories for implementation of activities for rendering services in the field of sanitary cleaning
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 18, 2018 "About measures for further enhancement of system of the address with household waste" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3730:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for preparation of materials for fixing of the territories to subjects of entrepreneurship for the organization of rendering services in collection and export of household waste according to appendix No. 1.
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent together with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection in three-months time:
carrying out inventory count and studying of the territories assigned to the specialized organizations of sanitary cleaning, regarding compliance of transportation capacities of their special vehicles for ensuring proper quality of the rendered services in collection and timely export of municipal solid waste from the fixed territory;
by results of inventory count review of the territories assigned to the specialized organizations of sanitary cleaning taking into account real capacities of their special vehicles, with the subsequent exposure exempted by results of review of sites on the competitive biddings by means of electronic auction through electronic trade platform of "E-auksion".
3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC ÷zbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection B. T. Kuchkarov.
