About Russian President's Directorate for Protection of Citizens Constitutional Rights

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation I decide:

1. Reorganize Russian President's Directorate for Protection of Citizens Constitutional Rights, having assigned to it including ensuring activities of the President of the Russian Federation concerning the state migration policy.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Russian President's Directorate for Protection of Citizens Constitutional Rights.

3. To the head of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation in a month:

a) approve structure and the staff list of Russian President's Directorate for Protection of Citizens Constitutional Rights;

b) organize the warning of employees of Russian President's Directorate for Protection of Citizens Constitutional Rights of possible dismissal from Administration of the President of the Russian Federation in connection with organizational and regular actions.

4. Determine that employees of Russian President's Directorate for Protection of Citizens Constitutional Rights before completion of organizational and regular actions continue in case of their consent execution of service duties on earlier replaced positions.

5. Recognize invalid:
