Questions of conducting gender and legal examination

According to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the equal rights and opportunities of women and men" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting gender and legal examination which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 12, 2006 No. 504 "About conducting gender and legal examination" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 15, the Art. 1113).

4. Recommend to physical, legal entities and public associations to be guided when conducting public gender and legal examination of drafts of regulatory legal acts by the conclusion about carrying out gender and legal project appraisal of the regulatory legal act in form according to appendix 2 Procedures approved by this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2018.
