Some questions of functioning of Single state electronic base concerning education

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine the state company "Inforesurs" which belongs to the sphere of management of the manager of Single state electronic base concerning formation of the Ministry of Education and Science, the technical administrator of Single state electronic base concerning education.

2. Determine that:

the technical administrator of Single state electronic base concerning education performs actions for creation, upgrade and support of the software of Single state electronic base concerning education, including its registers and the information retrieval system of access to its open data, their technical and technological support, preserving and protection of data and data, provisions, suspensions (blocking) and cancellation of access to this base and its registers, provision of services in the field of their functioning, and also other functions determined by the legislation;

upgrade of program and technical supply of Single state electronic base concerning education is performed at the expense of the means of the government budget and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
