1. Add Item 1 with the subitem 7 of the following content:
"7) for the term of no more than 39 months:
the goods, works and services which are purchased by the authorized state company which belongs to the sphere of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, for implementation of the state investment project based on contracts with the Airbus Helicopters SAS company, according to the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the French Republic of rather official support in creation of single system of aviation safety and civil protection in Ukraine.".
