About approval of Provisional regulations for management of public service of the head territorial administrations of justice in the Dnipropetrovsk, Luhansk, Odessa, Sumy regions and the city of Kiev

1. Approve Provisional regulations for management of public service of the head territorial administrations of justice in the Dnipropetrovsk, Luhansk, Odessa, Sumy regions and the city of Kiev which are attached.

2. Bring in the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 5, 2016 No. 2432/5, No. 1126/29256, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 the following changes:

Item 4 of the Section II to add 1) with new paragraphs of such content:

"By results of registration of the executive document the responsible person in System can create the certificate of registration of the executive document which contains:

registration date of the document;

the entering document number;

single unique number of enforcement proceeding;

the name of body of the public executive service which will perform forced execution of the executive document;

surname, name, middle name of the state contractor on whom the relevant executive document is distributed;

the address of the corresponding website on the Internet;

the identifier for information access about enforcement proceeding and procedure for its use.";
