According to Item 8 of article 18 of the Federal law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the legal successors created as a result of reorganization of OAO RAO "UES of Russia", its affiliated and dependent joint-stock companies of power and electrification, and also other subjects of natural monopoly in power industry in the form of accession the separations or allocations having the right to perform types of activity, which are subject to licensing according to the Federal Law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" based on the licenses which are earlier granted to the reorganized legal entities according to the procedure and on the conditions established by the specified Federal Law, but no more than 6 months from the date of state registration of again arisen legal entities.

The specified reorganized societies no later than 30 days from decision date about reorganization shall notify (in writing) on this decision licensing authorities with indication of legal successors of the licensed types of activity.

2. The legal successors specified in Item 1 of this resolution notify (in writing) the licensing body on emergence of legal succession within 15 days from the date of their state registration with submission of notarized copies:

constituent documents;

certificates on registration in tax authority;

licenses (the document confirming license availability) according to which the licensed activities will be performed.
