About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About road transport"

Article 1. Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2006 ZR-233-N "About road transport" (further - the Law) to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The relations connected with charity in the field of road transport are regulated by the Law of the Republic "About charity".".
Article 2. In article 4 of the Law:
To add 1) after the concept "irregular transportation" with new concept of the following content:
"cabotage transportation - the transportation performed between two Items located in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, the vehicle staying on the registry in any other state;";
The concept "schedule of flights" to state 2) in the following edition:
"the schedule of flights - the schedule including data on time of departure, arrival of buses (minibuses) (intermediate stops in interstate, interregional and intraregional transportations, giving of the bus for landing of passengers), the place and the sequence of implementation of trips;";
"Only the established route" shall be replaced with words 3) in the concept "shuttle bus" of the word "established by this route";
The concept "scheme of route" to state 4) in the following edition:
"the scheme of route - the document of servicing of route which contains data on route stops (in interstate transportations - border crossing points), distances between stops;";
The concept "commodity-transport delivery note" to add 5) with the new offer of the following content: "In case of interstate cargo transportation the commodity-transport delivery note shall conform to requirements of the convention "About the Agreement of International Delivery of Loads Road Transport (CMR)";";
