1. Item 4 of the Regulations on licensing of the television broadcasting and broadcasting approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 8, 2011 No. 1025 "About licensing of television broadcasting and broadcasting" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 51, Art. 7536; 2014, No. 50, of the Art. 7083) to add with the subitem "m" of the following content:
"l) providing with the licensee - the speaker of TV channel of availability to hard of hearing persons of products of mass media of at least 5 percent of amount of broadcasting a week (without TV programs, telecasts going to ether without making an appointment).".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
