2. Cancel the regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing the state control (supervision) in the field of mass media, information technologies and communication, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
