1. In the resolution:
1) in preamble of the resolution of the word", the paragraph of third of part one of article 279-3 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses" to exclude;
2) in Item 3:
in paragraph one of the word "in three-months time" to exclude, and shall be replaced with words the words "Technical Requirements to Technical Means and Procedures of Mutual Exchange of Information about" "procedure for mutual exchange of information about";
word in paragraph three "owners of vehicles or persons," shall be replaced with words also in figures "the responsible persons specified in part one of article 14-2 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, resident persons of Ukraine who imported the vehicles registered outside Ukraine or persons";

add Item with the paragraph of such content:
"heads of legal entities behind whom vehicles on which the offenses in the field of traffic safety fixed in the automatic mode and also persons performing powers of heads of such legal entities are made are registered.".
